A new season full of art and the circular economy: Etienne Krähenbühl takes over the gallery at the Château de Vullierens from 4 May to 20 August 2023.
The works, which reflect the spirit of the times, offer a perspective on our current environmental situation. A collaboration with Rudy Koopmans, a scientist working with polymers, takes centre stage in an exhibition that illustrates current advances in the field of finite resources. The scale of our consumption and the waste that results from it are often disowned and left to be destroyed. What if, more aware of our participation in a nature that has given so generously, we became actors in an essential respect for the 'waste' we produce?
Etienne Krähenbühl's installations in metal, plastic-tic and polymers will bring these themes to life, based on the phases of transformation from egg to feather.
