Professor Rudy Koopmans and and Swiss artist Etienne Krähenbühl have joined forces, creating stunning works that symbolize breakthroughs in organic waste reuse.
Explore “La poule ou l’œuf, la poule et l’œuf » in the Haute école d'ingénierie et d'architecture de Fribourg (HEIA-FR)’s entrance hall – a masterpiece crafted from chicken keratin powder, iron, nickel-titanium, and asphalt. The 1,4 x 1,5 x 1,5m sculpture is a visual ode to rebirth, illustrating the circular bioeconomy’s transformative power.
This sculpture will be on show from 14 to 24 November 2023.
